Nature's Way

Our goal was to step-change Nature's Way's demand-generation on Amazon to take them to a new level of growth.

The Challenge

Acadia was brought on to be a full-service partner for Nature’s Way’s Amazon business to help bring stability and growth to Nature’s Way’s business - essentially they needed help on all facets of their business, and Acadia delivered. Nature’s Way needed support in particular on management of their advertising budget both on PPC and DSP tactics.

Solution

  • Support operational needs for Amazon customer relationship
  • Accelerate growth on Amazon
  • Provide strategic guidance for both short and long-term growth

The goal was to step-change their demand-generation on Amazon to take Nature’s Way to a new level of growth. We onboarded with Nature’s Way in Q4 of 2022 which is one of their busiest periods and were tasked with near-immediate results, asking for double digit growth in sales and share all while keeping profitability stable. Once established, Nature’s Way saw near immediate results and impact on their business.

of annual KPIs met within 8 months

Nature’s Way outlined a sales growth rate they needed to reach each month of the first 12 months, a share metric, a profit metric, and quantified the amount they wanted to accomplish for content development outcomes. In the first year of partnership with Acadia, Nature’s Way had a banner year with Amazon and exceeded all but one metric we set within 8 months of the partnership and the last metric was reached by the end of the 12 month period.

Client Testimonial

“With every interaction we have with the Acadia team, they demonstrate to us that their guidance and advice is focused on our objectives and growth and not based on some internal targets they are trying to reach for themselves. They have been consistently delivering for us and we hope to continue this partnership with them for a long time to come.”
