Beal's Lobster Pier is a working pier in Southwest Harbor, Maine, known for its delicious seafood. Because of Beal's seasonal business model, their team wanted to increase customer visits and to-go orders during its peak season to boost sales.
To help Beal’s accomplish their goals on social media, we designed an engaging social strategy to create a seamless and personable experience across all social channels. Through a comprehensive community management process, our team leveraged user-generated content to grow an authentic brand audience.
