This recognition is a testament to the hard work everyone at Acadia puts in on a daily basis. Our priority KPI for the agency has always been voluntary turnover rate.
At 9% for 2024, we’re far below the industry average of nearly 50%. The flexibility of remote work and the daily recognition we’re able to share with our employees are pillars of that success.
