Jared Belsky, Acadia’s CEO and co-founder, was featured in an AdAge article published on January 12, discussing the pressures reshaping the agency landscape.
Independent agencies are under pressure to scale as clients increasingly expect integrated services, a shift Belsky says is driving consolidation across the sector.
He notes that recent RFPs now combine retail media, DTC, integrated media, and advanced analytics, making niche positioning harder to sustain while highlighting the challenges of merging fundamentally different agency models.
