We’re excited to announce that we’ve completed our SOC 2® assessment for a second consecutive year. The security of our customers' data is paramount to our success and we’re always looking for ways to improve.
The examination was conducted by Forv/S, a top accounting and consulting firm providing assurance services to clients throughout the US and globally. Acadia was assessed to ensure we had implemented the appropriate policies, processes, and controls to manage the identified risks. These included information security, access control, vendor management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
The assessment framework is based on the AICPA Trust Services Criteria, which are used to identify various risks an organization should consider addressing. Our engineering, IT and analytics team worked tirelessly to ensure we are at the highest level of compliance when it comes to our client’s data security.
SOC 2 reports address risks associated with the handling and access of data. The five key areas are: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy.
Acadia will make the SOC 2 report available to current and potential customers upon execution of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This is another major accomplishment in remaining a trusted partner to all our clients.
